1. General
Full-e-commerce reserves the right to refuse to construct a web site which we may judge as unfit due to content or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to, sites containing adult material such as pornography, sites which promote hatred towards persons belonging to any ethnic group, religion or sexual orientation, and sites which infringe copyright or are contrary to UK laws.
Any subscription to a full-e-commerce solution package is subject to a 2 years contract.
Any other website offer that full-e-commerce provide is subject to a 2 years contract.
Any other subscription to any hosting plan is subject to a 1 year contract.
2. Payment
To subscribe to our e-commerce offer the customer must have a paypal account.
Full-e-commerce will only start to work on an e-commerce project after order has been done and payment received.
Full-e-commerce only accept payment via the full-e-commerce.com website.
Ecommerce website solution payment are on a monthly basis from £29.99 (monthly charge may vary depending of the add-ons to the original package).
Any other website packages provided by full-e-commerce are also based on a monthly basis defined between the customer and full-e-commerce.
Monthly payment are done via paypal subscription system.
Monthly payment are done every day of the month from when the paypal subscription has started (ie: if the customer has subscribed to the full-e-commerce offer on the 14th of april all next payment will be automatically be done everything 14th of each following month.
If a payment fail paypal will attempt the payment 2 other time.
After the 2 attempts the subscription will be cancelled and full-e-commerce will cut all the services provided (emails, acces to website and other services) until the subscription restart.
The customer will always be charged even if full-e-commerce had to stop his services because of a non-payment. Because full-e-commerce still host and protect the data and website of the customer and there server.
All payment failure or re-attempt will be notified to both full-e-commerce and the customer by paypal.
It is the duty of the customer to verify that his paypal account is in full working order and that no payments will fail.
If for any reason a customer think that a payment will not be done or a subscription be cancelled it is his duty to inform full-e-commerce.
During the build or after the website approval if the customer require full-e-commerce to do some extra work that doesn t fit in these terms and conditions full-e-commerce will charge an hourly rate of £20/hour.
Once the work has been done full-e-commerce will invoice the customer.
All instruction will be given by mail to the customer to pay full-e-commerce.
The customer will have a maximum period of 3 weeks to pay. After this delay if the payment has not been received full-e-commerce reserve the right to cut the website and all the services that full-e-commerce offer to the customer without notice.
Full-e-commerce will not be responsible for any loss of business or e-mail during that period.
3. Design
Full-e-commerce cannot always guarantee to start work immediately on a project but will arrange a date with the client as to when work can commence and agree an approximate timescale for completion of the work.
Usually full-e-commerce can design and build a website within one to two weeks - It mostly depend of the customers feedback.
If a customer takes too much time to answer full-e-commerce email or to provide the requested documents for the construction of the website the deadline might not be respected. Full-e-commerce cannot be responsible for theses delay.
Full-e-commerce will contact the customer to have a briefing about his website design expectancy such as: main colors, pictures to be used, website that he likes or other references.
Full-e-commerce will make one proposal. Some amends can be done to the proposal to fit the customers needs.
All amends cannot be accepted due to some restriction of the shopping cart system.
Full-e-commerce will then notice the customer if an amend is not possible.
Once the design has been approved by the customer full-e-commerce will start to build the website.
Once a design has been approved full-e-commerce will not accept any major design amends or will charge on hourly rate of £15/hour.
4. Build
Full-e-commerce will build the website with the content provided by the customer.
It is the duty of the customer to provide in time the content of the "static pages".
The "static pages" are pages such as "home page", "about us", "services", "terms and conditions", "contact us".
Full-e-commerce will build up to 10 statics pages. The customer will be able to add and modify as many "static pages as he wants"
The statics pages a fully editable in the admin panel.
If the customer wants Full-e-commerce to build more than 10 static pages full-e-commerce will charge a one off fee of £15 per extra static pages to add.
It is the Duty of the customer to provide to full-e-commerce the pictures that he will wants to use in the static pages if any.
5. Content
All the content added by full-e-commerce has to be approved by the customer. Once approved mistakes will not be full-e-commerce responsability. Full-e-commerce always verify that the website is in working order. It is the responsability of the customer to double check the content, contact form if any, correct paypal email address used to receive payment on his shop (or any other information relative to any other payment solution), contact email address, correct shipping fees and all the main functions of the website.
As the customer has the full control of his website and content full-e-commerce cannot be responsible of it.
If full-e-commerce finds some content that doesnt fit with our terms and conditions full-e-commerce reserves the right to stop the customers account at any time without notice.
The customer is reponsible for the content of his web pages.
Full-e-commerce will add couples of sample categories and products to the website when delivered.
Full-e-commerce will not create categories and add product or handle pictures resizement for the products.
It is the duty of the customer to add/create categories and products on his shop.
If the customer wants full-e-commerce to build his catalog an hourly rate of £20/hours will be charge to the customer to do so. In that case the customer will have to provide to full-e-commerce the complete description of each product and categorie and the pictures.
6. Payment gateway
The payment solution used in the e-commerce website is paypal.
Full-e-commerce guarantee a 100% compatibility of all the website features/plugins with paypal only.
Other payment gateway may be installed.

7. Shipping option available
the full-e-commerce website shipping option available are:
Flat rate:
the shipping fees will be always the same wathever the amount of the order or the quantity of the products ordered.
Weight table rate:
ie: if the total weight of the product to shipped exceed 10kg shipping fees will be equal to £5
if the total weight of the product to shipped exceed 15kg shipping fees will be equal to £7
if the total weight of the product to shipped exceed 20kg shipping fees will be equal to £10 etc..
Quantity table rate:
ie: if the quantity of products ordered are more than 5 shipping fees will be equal to £10
if the quantity of products ordered are more than 10 shipping fees will be equal to £15
if the quantity of products ordered are more than 15 shipping fees will be equal to £20 etc...

8. Website approval
Once the website has been approved full-e-commerce will give acces to the admin panel to the customer where he will be able to build his catalog and change the content if he wants.
Full-e-commerce may not be responsible if the customer "breaks" the website. Any intervention on the website after approval may be charge at an hourly rate of £20/hour.
9. META information SEO optimization, search engine submition.
full-e-commerce will ask the customer during the build process META information names as "META TITLE", "META DESCRIPTION", and "META KEYWORDS", if the customer do not provide them when requested full-e-commerce will not provide any meta information to the website and it will be the duty of the customer to add them to his website.
Our full-e-commerce website are fully optimized for SEO (search engine optimization)
The customer has the full control of the Main meta information in the admin panel.
The customer can in the admin panel put Specific Meta informations both for categories and products as well as SEO urls.
Once the website has been approved by the customer full-e-commerce will submit the website to the most popular search engine such as google, yahoo, msn and altavista.
It is strongly recommended to have some Meta information before to submit the website. This is a free service provided by full-e-commerce. Full-e-commerce can not be responsible if a website is not registered in one of the above search engine.
10. Full-e-commerce hosting
The full e-commerce package comes with a standard 5Gb hosting space (shared with email accounts) which will be enough for most of the e-commerce websites.
More space can be purchased during the checkout process or later.
Additionnal web space will be monthly charged and added on the top of your subscription fees.
11. Domain names
During your ecommerce purchase you can either buy a new domaine name, transfert it or keep it as it is.
additional monthly fees may be added depending of your domain name extension (ie: .cc .me .tv)
All domain names under the control of full-e-commerce will be automatically renewed until customers choice to stop it.
If a customer whish to stop his activity with full-e-commerce and do not request his domain name the domain name will not be renewed.
All domain names that full-e-commerce buy are bought in the name of the customer.
The domain name is the property of the customer,
the customer can request at any time the login details to acces the domain name control panel. In the case of an End of Contract Full-e-commerce will stop to automaticly renew the domain name. Domain name can be transferred to any other company at the charge of the customer. Full-e-commerce will never block a domain name.
Note: the domain name is NOT the website and its content. The domain name is just the address of the website.
If the customer whish to keep it's domain name full-e-commerce cannot be responsible if the domain expires and is not renewed.
It is the responsability of the customer to change his DNS and MX record.
Full-e-commerce will give to the customer the DNS and MX record to update with the new IP address.
Full-e-commerce cannot be responsible if any emails or data are lost during this process.
Full-e-commerce cannot be responsible if any data email or downtime are lost/experience during the domain transfert.
It is the responsability of the customer to download and backup all his data from his previous hosting company.
12. Emails
full-e-commerce offers a webmail service accessible anytime anywhere at this type of address: webmail.YOURDOMAIN.EXT
the webmail space is used on your webspace account.
ie: if your website uses 500Mo and the total space of all your emails on all your account uses 1Gb you will use 1.5 Gb of your webspace allowed.
It is strongly recommended for you to use an email client and constantly download your email on your computer to avoid to have surchages email boxes.
Your email boxes can easily exceeds the quota allowed. When the quota is exceeds it can be possible that you won't be able to receive or send emails.
Full-e-commerce cannot be responsible for any lost of emails if the customer exceed the allowed quota.
If the customer only uses the webmail it is his responsability to do some regular maintenance on it to be sure to do not exceed the quota allowed.
full-e-commerce will give the customer the SMTP POP3 and login details to set up his account on a mail software such as windows mail or outlook.
full-e-commerce will only give support on how to set up his email account on windows mail (windows vista) or outlook express (windows XP).
This is a free service and full-e-commerce cannot be responsible if he can't set-up an email account on the customer's computer.
13. Support
Full-e-commerce offers his full free support at any time to help the customer to uses the admin panel.
Tutorials explaining the main functions of the e-commerce website are accessible on our website in the "tutorials" section.
If a tutorial doesn't exist you can request it. Full-e-commerce will then try to create a tutorial in the best delay. This is a free service and full-e-commerce cannot be responsible if the realisation of the tutorial take more time than expected.
14. End of contract
At the end of the contract period the customer is free to leave full-e-commerce.
Full-e-commerce will give to the customer all the source code of the website and database that will allow the customer to move to a different company.
No free support from Full-e-commerce will be given to help the customer to install the website on any other server or company. Full-e-commerce guarantee that all the content given is in complete working order and full-e-commerce won't be responsible if the customer is not able to transfert the website on his own. The customer can verify in is admin panel on wich version and type of server the website is running - the customer can also request that information to Full-e-commerce. That is the duty of the customer to know which type of server he will require to re-install the website with any other company or server.
Full-e-commerce can give support to install the website on any other compatible server for £100 per website.
If a customer wants to leave full-e-commerce before the end of the contract he must pay the monthly subscription charges up to the end of the contract period.
At the end of the contract the customer become the owner of the website and the source code - if a customer decide to leave full-e-commerce before the end of the contract and do not want to pay full-e-commerce will remain the owner of the website and the source code.
No content will be given to the customer before all payments are received and confirmed.
15. Refunds
Full-e-commerce do not offer any refunds for any of his services.
Fix fees such as the extra work done on a website at an hourly rate are not refundable as they are charged to the customer once done and approuved by the customer.
Subscription fees are not refundable as they are subject to our present terms and conditions.
