1. To create or add a new address email you have to connect to your control panel. You can access here  http:// config.YOURDOMAINNAME.com or read the document sent to you after your full ecommerce solution subscription. That document contain all code password and urls that you need to connect to your differents admin panel.

2. Once logged into your control panel you can access your webmail (alos accessible at http:// webmail.YOURDOMAINNAME.com)

You will have to click on the "email configuration" link to see all the option related to your email addresses account, add, delete, edit etc...

3. After clicked on "email configuration" click on "mail boxes"

4. To add a new email address you just have to type it into the appropriated field, write your desired password for that email address then click on the button "update now"

To activate / install it into outlook express click on the link "click here" at the bottom right next to the email address that you want to install in outlook express.

You will be asked to download the file. Save it on your computer (on the desktop for example). Once saved just double click on it to run it. After the operation done run outlook express, you email address has been added to your outlook express account.
