1. The customer on your ecommerce website has the ability to tell a friend about a product (or if he is not on a product page a can just tell about your website). The visitor just will have to click on the mail icon and he will be redirected to a simple form.

2. The visitor now just has to fill in the form (required field are marked with a red star). The friend will then receive a generic email suggesting him to go to your website. He will receive a link to your website or to the specific product.

You have nothing to mind about that feature everything is automated.
